For example, one of the most favorite vegetables for children – carrots can be cooked not only in the form of puree or put out, but also make delicious and healthy juices from it. If the child requires sweets, Katrina advises giving ripe Latvian apples, plums, pears or fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
