The student receives competencies for:• preparation of drafting projects of economic, financial, production and commercial activities (business plans) of the enterprise in order to ensure the growth of sales of products and increase profits;
• making calculations for material, labor and financial costs necessary for the production and sale of products, the development of new types of products, advanced equipment and technology;
• carrying out an economic analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise and its divisions and identifying production reserves, increasing the profitability of production, the competitiveness of products, labor productivity, reducing the costs of production and sales of products, eliminating losses and non-productive costs, as well as identifying opportunities for additional production;
• determining the economic efficiency of the organization of labor and production, the introduction of new equipment and technology, rationalization proposals and inventions;
• planning and exercising control over the progress of the planned targets for the enterprise and its divisions, the use of on-farm reserves;
• conducting marketing research and forecasting production development.
The planning procedure for modular educational programs for students is built in full compliance with the requirements of credit technology. Educational programs for bachelor's, master's, doctoral studies are developed taking into account the principles of a modular training system. All educational programs are segmented into equivalent areas of competence, which determine the wording of the names of the corresponding modules. The modules include a set of disciplines, the study of which leads to the formation of the required competencies.
So for three levels of education, the modular educational program is built on the principle "from simple to complex", taking into account differences in competence.The educational process, organized according to the modular learning technology, ensures the implementation of student-centered learning. At the same time, each student, taking into account his abilities, inclinations, value orientation, has the opportunity to realize himself in educational activities through the use of alternative "trajectories" of learning. With modular technology, the content of education and its means allow the student to show selectivity to the subject material, its type and form. Modular technology enables the development and effective implementation of customized training programs. With the modular organization of the educational process, individual and group work of students is expediently combined, study time is rationally and economically used, each student can move forward in his own time frame. The value of modular training technology as a means of implementing personality-oriented education is based on the fact that the education achieved at the same time, represented as a set of knowledge, skills and abilities, is the most important condition for the formation of social and intellectual qualities of a specialist's personality.
