Scientists around the world define this global problem as follows: inclusive education is the full inclusion and social adaptation of all children, including children with disabilities, regardless of gender, origin, religion, status, removal of barriers to children's participation, active participation of parents. state policy aimed at inviting, special support for the correctional, pedagogical and social needs of the child, ie effective teaching while maintaining the quality of general education.
Inclusive (French inclusif - inclusive, Latin include - include) or embedded education - a term used to describe the process of teaching children with special needs in secondary schools. Inclusive education is based on an ideology that eliminates any discrimination against children, provides equal treatment for all, but creates special conditions for children with special educational needs.
