  Today, the issue that attracts the attention of the world community is inclusive education, which provides for the full integration of children's individual needs and characteristics into the educational process with the participation of the environment and the family. Scientists around the world define this global problem as follows: inclusive education is the full inclusion and social adaptation of all children, including children with disabilities, regardless of gender, origin, religion, status, removal of barriers to children's participation, active participation of parents. state policy aimed at inviting, special support for the correctional, pedagogical and social needs of the child, ie effective teaching while maintaining the quality of general education.

Inclusive (French inclusif - inclusive, Latin include - include) or embedded education - a term used to describe the process of teaching children with special needs in secondary schools. Inclusive education is based on an ideology that eliminates any discrimination against children, provides equal treatment for all, but creates special conditions for children with special educational needs.

  Inclusive education is the joint education of children with disabilities and children with developmental disabilities in order to facilitate the process of their socialization and integration with healthy children. Inclusive education is combined (students study in a class / group of healthy children and receive regular assistance from a speech pathologist), partial (individual children spend part of the day in special groups, and the second in ordinary groups), temporary (children in special groups and students in ordinary groups, joint walks, combined (for holidays, competitions, personal affairs), complete (1-2 children with developmental disabilities are included in the ordinary groups of kindergarten, class, school, parents provide correctional assistance under the supervision of specialists).

  Inclusive education is used to describe the learning process of children with special needs in secondary schools. Therefore, inclusive education is based on the ideology of eliminating any discrimination against children, ensuring equal treatment of all people, as well as the creation of special conditions for children with special educational needs. This direction contributes to children's academic success and creates a better life. The right to education of children with disabilities is enshrined in the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Rights of Children", "On Education", "On Promotion of Social, Medical and Pedagogical Correction of Children with Disabilities", "On Special Social Services" and the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Inclusive education or "education for all" program - allows all children to take an active part in preschool, school and school life. This program was approved by the United Nations General Assembly and included in the UN Convention on December 13, 2006.

  Inclusive education is the ability of children to receive quality education and develop their potential, regardless of gender, age, geographical location, physical and mental status, socio-economic status. Inclusive education is a unique opportunity that takes into account the needs of all children.   Development of the general educational process that provides education for children with special needs. Inclusive education seeks to develop new areas of teaching and learning to meet the needs of children in the learning process. If changes in inclusive education are effective in teaching and learning, so will the situation of children with special needs.   The main disorders of mental development are low levels of intellectual development, ie attention, memory, thinking, spatial orientation. Due to these reasons, children with mental retardation (PDT) have lower academic performance. The failure of these children to study is clearly seen at the age of seven or eight. If parents do not want to send their children to auxiliary or special schools and boarding schools, psychological and pedagogical correctional rooms and correctional classes, they have the full right to study in general education schools with a simplified program recommended by PMPK.   Secondary schools and kindergartens should be prepared for the upbringing and inclusive education of children with disabilities with a simplified program, depending on the level of the child, according to the results of the PMPK.   Special psychologists, social teachers, oligophrenic teachers, speech therapists work in inclusive schools. If the child has fully mastered the utility program, he will be issued a special certificate, and if not, he will receive only a certificate. If the parents do not want to send their child to a special boarding school, they are obliged to provide inclusive education in a local general school on a simplified program, depending on the capabilities of the child with disabilities.

  Inclusive education - allows all children to take an active part in preschool, school and school life; defines the equal rights of students and allows them to participate in team activities; allows you to develop the necessary skills to communicate with people. In order to organize the education of children with disabilities, a standard special education program was developed. It provides general education processes that take into account the needs of children and ensure their education. Inclusive education seeks to develop new areas of teaching and learning to meet the needs of children in the learning process. If changes in inclusive education are effective in teaching and learning, so will the situation of children with special needs. Children in schools with inclusive education have the opportunity to learn about human rights. Because they learn to communicate with each other, to know, to accept.
